LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – A Little Rock football coach is facing charges after allegations that he had a sexual relationship with a student.
According to Little Rock police, someone wrote a letter to the Parkview High School principal saying that 45-year-old William Hardiman had an inappropriate sexual relationship with a student during the 2014-15 school year.
The victim confirmed the relationship in an interview with detectives. Hardiman turned himself into police on Friday evening and bonded out shortly after. He is charged with first degree sexual assault.
District officials placed Hardiman on administrative leave last month, citing a personnel matter.
