I've seen Russellville WR/TE Drew Smith at several camps and 7-on-7's this summer. He has a good frame on him, at 6-3, 215, and he has some really good hands. He runs crisp routes as well. I spoke with him Saturday at the Uekman 7-on-7, and he told me that Arkansas, Arkansas State, and Memphis are talking to him. They all want to see film of his first four games.
He is a young man who could do big things with hard work. I don't know if Arkansas will offer him or not, or even how interested they are, but according to him and his coach, they are showing considerable interest right now.
Arkansas State seems to be showing considerable interest in addition to Memphis as well.
